IIT Hyderabad Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad is one among the 2nd generation of IITs started by the Govt. of India. Today IITH offers 9 B.Tech programs, 16 M.Tech programs, 3 M.Sc programs, 5 M.Phil programs, 1 M.Des program and Ph.D. programs in all branches of engineering, science, liberal arts and design. The very foundation of IIT Hyderabad is based on research and innovation. The vibrant research culture is evident from the number of patents and publications that IITH has. At IITH students are given with a plethora of choices, which they diligently choose with the help of a faculty advisor. Courses that last for a semester are almost a foregone story at IITH. From 14-15 academic year onwards all B.Tech programs started offering courses that are of smaller credits; called the fractal academics; very carefully designed to keep the enthusiasm of the students and to keep them in pace with the state of the art from 1st semester till 8th semester. IITH in the past couple of years has been highly successful in building tie-ups with leading academic institutions around the globe. IITH enjoys a very special relationship with Japanese Universities and Industries that goes beyond academic and research collaborations. IIT Hyderabad invites through online applications (google forms) from eligible candidates for the position of “System Admin” for engagement on an ad-hoc basis in IIT Hyderabad. The appointment shall be on a purely temporary basis for six (06) months and further extension of tenure, if any, may be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the selected candidate and requirement of the Institute

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
System Admin B.E. (CS/IT) or B.Tech. (CS/IT) / MCA
Skills and Knowledge:
● Familiarity with programming languages and techniques commonly used in front-end web development, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Demonstrates understanding of effectively implementing these languages and practices to create high-quality and user-friendly websites.
● knowledge of at least one imperative programming language such as C/C++/Java/C#
● Knowledge of content management systems, including WordPress or Drupal.
● Knowledge of distributed version control, including Git.
● Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript (server-side), Ruby, or Python.
● Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
● Knowledge of Apache server
● Knowledge of PHP templating such as Twig and Blade.
● Knowledge of Linux server environments and UNIX shell skills.
● Knowledge of databases and data storage technologies like SQL, MariaDB, JSON, or MongoDB
