Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT), Coimbatore is a private Engineering College started in 1984 under the auspices of Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation, a charitable educational trust of Sakthi Group. Situated in a sprawling 156-acre campus in the IT corridor of Coimbatore, KCT is an autonomous institution affiliated to the Anna University, Chennai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). KCT was granted Five Year Accreditation status in its first cycle of accreditation. Later, in the second cycle, with a CGPA of 3.21 on 4.0 scale, A Grade was awarded which was valid till 02 December 2021. In July 2022, following the NAAC Peer Team visit for third cycle of accreditation, KCT has been awarded A++ Grade, the highest grade awarded to institutions by NAAC with KCT securing a CGPA of 3.62 on a 4 – point scale. And all the eligible UG programs have also been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

Kumaraguru Doctoral Fellowship
Kumaraguru Doctoral Fellowship – KDF (Residential) invites aspirational and meritorious candidates to pursue their research degree in the field of engineering, acquire the requisite skills and deepen their competency in interdisciplinary research in their respective fields of study.
Eligibility
Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology/ Management.
M.Phil. in Mathematics / Statistics / Physics / Chemistry or Masters in Management.
Individuals working in Government / Industry / Research Laboratories.
Desirable
Preference will be given to GATE qualified applicants.
Compensation
A monthly compensation of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.40,000/-, that includes subsidized living expenses will be provided for a period of 3 years.
Kumaraguru Young Faculty Fellowship
Kumaraguru Young Faculty Fellowship – KYFF, (Residential) opens avenue for aspiring graduates, passionate to get into teaching profession with hands-on training, attributes necessary to become competent teaching professionals, beyond requirements prevailing in the academic ecosystem.
Eligibility
Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Science / Management.

Kumaraguru Doctoral Fellowship
Compensation
A monthly compensation of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.40,000/-, that includes subsidized living expenses will be provided for a period of 3 years.
Kumaraguru Young Faculty Fellowship Compensation
A monthly compensation of Rs.30,000/-that includes subsidized living expenses will be provided for a period of 2 years. Additional benefits will include PF, Gratuity & Health Insurance. On successful completion of the fellowship, candidates will be absorbed into suitable positions.
