Every page of the application form, self-assessed score card, enclosures must be signed by the candidate at the bottom of each page. Further, every page of the application form, score card and all the enclosures must be numbered serially.
The application form in MS Word format and the Score Card should be downloaded from the University Website (www.sknau.ac.in) and only the typed copy of the application form (in Times New Romans script and font size 12) along-with self-assessed score card and enclosures should be submitted alone with signature on each page.
