Before coming into existence as an independent State University it was working as Indira Gandhi Post Graduate Regional Centre of Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak which was established on 3rd October, 1988.

University requires the services of the retired officer who has the experience on the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) on contractual basis for a period of six months which may be extended from time to time as per university rules or till the regular appointment is made whichever is earlier. Remuneration to the contract person will be paid as per University rules. All rights reserved with the University. Age of the retired officer should not be more than 63 years.
