The School was set up in 1974 as a Balak Mandir of the Bombay Sappers. It grew rapidly and in 1981 was named the Bombay Sappers Public School. In 1984 it was converted into an Army School under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society.The School secured CBSE affiliation immediately and the first batch of Class X was put up in March 1999. In 2003 the school added Class XI (Science) and in 2004 Class XII (Science) and Class XI (Commerce). We added Humanities stream in 2008 and the school is now a full-fledged Senior Secondary with all 3 Streams. On 15 Mar 2011 the school was rechristened Army Public School Kirkee.

year and earlier in prescribed format available on websites for the following:-

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): Mathematics, Chemistry, English, Geography, Political Science, Commerce (Accountancy and Business Studies) and Economics.
2 Age as on 01 Apr 2023 Fresh candidates having no experience should be below age of 40 years and experienced candidates (Min 05 years of teaching experience in last 10 years) should below the age of 57 years (including ex-service personnel).
3 Education Qualifications. As per CBSE AFFILIATION BYE LAWS for all posts and CSB Qualified (Where applicable). For other details please visit school website https://armypublicschoolkirkee.in.
4 Posts. The posts are liable to transferable.
5.For all post Computer Literacy is mandatory. Special preference will be given for “War Widow/Veer Nari”.
6 Application Forms. Desirous candidates to apply on Application forms given on website www.awesindia.com or https://armypublicschoolkirkee.inalongwith attested copies of certificates alongwith a DD for Rs 100/- in the name of Army Public School, Kirkee to the Principal, Army Public School Kirkee, C/0 BEG & Centre, Pune 411 003 on or before 30 Jan 2023 at 1500 hrs.
