In order to commence the GGSIPU Rekhi Cell of Excellence for the Science of Happiness, Rekhi Foundation invites applications from Indian nationals for the hiring of one Guest/Contractual faculty position as per the following details:

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Requirements:
- Doctorate/ Master’s Degree in the field of Happiness studies or Positive Psychology or allied areas.
- Teaching/ training and/ or Life Coaching experience of minimum three years and passion for teaching and research.
- Mentorship support on motivation, psychology, career options, self-employment, entrepreneurship, organization development and handholding will be preferred.
Duties: - Teaching Happiness and well-being which could include science and practice of Happiness,understanding emotions, Relationships, Resilience, Confidence building, happiness at work, Mindfulness, Measuring Happiness and other relevant topics.
- Responsible for developing and managing happiness projects and internships
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Remuneration/salary 1800/- per visit
