- Ph.D./P.G in relevant discipline.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting Viva may also apply.
- Experience in teaching in any higher technical institutions desirable.
- Candidates applying for Civil Services should have PG Qualification in History/Geography/Economics/Political Science
- (Candidates who attended Civil Services Examination will be preferred)
