Celebrated as a major granary of Kerala, Palakkad is the gateway to the State from the North in the form of the nearly 40-kilometre break in the Western Ghats, called the Palakkad Gap. The place is known for its rich traditions, great historical events and personalities connected with it, and its sylvan surroundings, especially the Silent Valley rain forests and the famed palmyra trees.IIT Palakkad was announced by the Government of India in 2014. We began with a headstart in the very next academic year, 2015-16, with the support of our mentor Institute (IIT Madras).

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Training Officer I Graduation in Science/engineering/ Engineering Diploma with relevant experience/ ITI with at least 5 years of experience in sanitary/ plumbing works.At least two years of experience in conducting training and capacity building programs as a resource person or as coordinator, preferably related to sanitation.Knowledge and exposure to the startups environment and training needs assessment for incubation of startups will be a plus.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication in English and one of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi necessary. Computer skills –Office and G Suite, email, using drive. Enthusiasm to contribute to the ecosystem/organization.
Technical Executive – Electronics Post graduate in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and communication Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering.One or two years of experience working on control systems like SCADA or other sensory control systems for process monitoring.Good Knowledge of metering and measurement systems for a variety of engineering applications.Computer skills – CAD software / fusion 360 software, Simulation software like Simulink or Ansys email, excel, word, using drive. Communication skills – written and verbal communication in English and one of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi. Experience Raising indent, purchase order, monitoring inventory, writing reports, providing technical inputs for proposals for projects and proposals for funding and tendering.Enthusiasm to contribute to the ecosystem/organization
Program Coordinator (TECHIN_ GSCOE B & H) MBA in Project Management or Business Development or marketing with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution.An undergraduate in science or engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognised University/Institution.Minimum two year experience in Project management/development office/ training.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Training Officer I Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs 30,000/- per month.
- Technical Executive – Electronics Consolidated monthly emolument in the range of Rs. 35,000 to 40,000/- per month based on the skills of the candidate.
- Program Coordinator (TECHIN_ GSCOE B & H) Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs. 35,000 – 40,000/-; the exact amount will be fixed based on experience and skill-set.
