Project Title: “The Impact of Presenteeism as a Workplace bullying on Women Labours Performance and Productivity in Tannery Industry: The Mediating Role of Emotional Exhaustion and Psychological Well-being – A Comparative empirical study in Vellore and Tirupattur Districts”
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Full-time M.B.A/M.Com with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university with good communication skills and a working knowledge of Statistical software and computer operations. Work experience of 1-2 years desirable. Knowledge of Tamil is essential.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Emoluments: Maximum of Rs.1000/- Per day, not exceeding Rs.20000 per month (As per ICSSR Norms)
