Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the empanelment of one Guest/ Contractual faculty position for the ‘Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the science of Happiness’.
Position is contractual in nature for one year duration from the date of joining which may be extended further depending upon the performance of the candidate and requirement under the project

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Requirements
1.Doctorate/ Master’s Degree in the field of Happiness studies or Positive Psychology or allied areas
2.Teaching/ training and/ or Life Coaching experience of minimum three years and passion for teaching and research.
3.Mentorship support on motivation, psychology, career options, self-employment, entrepreneurship, organization development and handholding will be preferred.
Duties
1.Teaching Happiness and well-being which could include science and practice of Happiness, understanding emotions, Theory of Emotions, Relationships, Resilience, Confidence building, Happiness at work, Mindfulness, Measuring Happiness and other relevant topics.
2. Responsible for developing and managing happiness projects and internships
3.To interact regularly with the students, scholars, staff members, pre-incubatees, incubatees and report to the Anveshan Foundation for day-to-day activities.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
• Based on the Qualification and Experience, in the bracket of 50,000/- to 60,000/-.
