🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Established in 2001, It is one of the leading management hubs in India offering very unique programs n the field of Hospital & Health Systems Management
Two-year Full Time MBA (Hospital and Health Systems Management) programme approved by AICTE, 2001 and a three-year B.BA programme in Hospital and Health Systems Management, under Choice Based Credit System, with a wide range of electives to suit industry requirement. Also offers full time and part time Ph.D programmes. SRMC & University Hospital 2280 bedded within the campus is a great advantage providing hands-on training to students.
To fill important faculty positions, applicators are invited from well qualified faculty with National and International experience in Academics and Research.
PROFESSOR OF PRACTICE [2 Positions]
Position: Professor/Associate Professor of Practice
Eligibility:
• More than 10 years of experience In Industry / Healthcare sector In senior positions with demonstrated understanding and impact on domain /practice
• Interested and potential to teach MBA courses as a full-time activity In one of the following areas
• Technology & Operations Management /Analytics o Supply Chain Management/Sustainability
• MBA and/or Ph.D/Fellow from IIMs/IITs/other reputed Institutions.A lack of Ph.D. must be offset by demonstrated domain knowledge, obtained from the practice.
The candidate shall be evaluated for the r exceptions contributions ether because of their unique expertise or because of their potential contribution through teaching quality and exceptional service towards strengthening industry-academia linkages.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR [3 Positions]
Candidates must demonstrate capability for conducting high quality research and should have completed or beat the final stages of completing their Ph.D.from IIMs/ IITs /other reputed Institutions. Specifically, candidates in the following areas are Invited:
o Organizational Behaviour
o Productions & Operations Management / Analytics
o Behavioural Economics
All candidates are expected to contribute to SRFMS* MBA, Doctoral and Executive Education Programmes.
