🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Finance Officer
Qualification:
► ICWA / CS / CA or any equivalent degree from Finance Institute.
Experience:
► Min. 5 years of experience of which at least 2 years shall be as Dy. Finance Officer in a University.
Responsibilities:
► Will be responsible for all Financial Management of Joy University in respect of all Stakeholders including Fees, Payroll, Income Tax,
Billings, Payments etc.
► Ensuring Compliance of all Statutory & Audit Regulations as per the University Requirements.
HR
Qualifications:
► MBA from a premier Business School in Human Resources
Experience:
► Atleast 5 years as HR Manager in a University Setup.
