🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualification:
Doctoral degree from established Institutions/Universities in India or abroad in relevant field with experience in research and teaching.
ACADEMIC POSITIONS: PROFESSORS, ASSOCIATE AND ASSISTANT PROFESSORS
Qualification: Doctoral degree from premier institutes in India or abroad – IISc, IITs, IIMs, NITIE, Central Universities, National Laboratories, Foreign Universities and Institutions under 500 QS rankings – in relevant field with years of experience in research and teaching.
ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
DEAN: School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences
Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory. Candidates from above mentioned Institutions will be given preference.
A minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience is required of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Dean or minimum 5 years at the Associate Dean level.
NON-ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
DIRECTOR / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR:
Qualification and Experience: MBA/Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline mandatory.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience is required, of which at least 4 to 6 years should be at the level of Director/ Associate/ Assistant Director in reputed Universities.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Compensation:
► Assistant Professor (contract) – from 9 l.PA onwards.
► Assistant Professor – from 12 LPA onwards.
► Associate Professor – from 22 LPA onwards.
► Professor – from 24 LPA onwards.
The above are only indicative salaries. Compensation shall not be a constraint for exceptional candidates.
