Agricultural Engineering
Minimum Qualification for appointment of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor shall be governed by UGC Regulations on minimum qualification for appointment of teachers.
- Manager (General Administration – Agriculture)
01 Graduation preferably in Commerce with at least five years of experience in accounting related to purchase of equipment in agriculture and allied fields Desirable: at least three years experience in managing and transporting dairy products, farm field work, machinery, and event management - Assistant Manager 01 Certificate in Automobile Engineering and Intermediate with industrial experience of at least two years in auto industries. Work experience in customer service, managing farm and its security would be preferable
Desirable: A higher qualification will be of added significance. At least one year experience of social work and ability to handle crisis is desirable. - Senior Technical Assistant
01 Bachelor’s degree with relevant subject OR Diploma in engineering in relevant trade with at least two years experience in farm machinery /equipment.
Desirable: sound practical knowledge in repairing and maintenance of automotive and farm equipment. Experience on shop floor and renewable energy diploma will be desirable requirement. - Junior Technical Assistant
01 Degree/Diploma in engineering in relevant trade OR Intermediate with ITI certificate in relevant trade with at least two years agricultural practice experience.
Desirable: sound practical knowledge in the field of Soil and Water Conservation/Irrigation and drainage Engineering. Experience on shop floor and renewable energy diploma will be desirable requirement.

Applicants are also requested to send their hard copy of the Application to the Registrar’s Office (Through speed post) along with Enclosures and Demand Draft in favor of “Dayalbagh Educational Institute”, payable at Agra for Registration fee as mentioned below

(1) Application complete in all respects along with enclosures must reach the Registrar of the Institute on or before 18.06.2022 (Saturday). Separate application shall be submitted for each post.
(2)The University shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at any time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidates are fake or the candidate has undesirable clandestine antecedents and has suppressed the said information, then his/her service shall be terminated.
(3) All qualifications and experience will be considered as on the closing date, i.e. the last date of submission of application form.
(4) Candidates are called for the Seminar-cum-Presentation and Interview, for the post mentioned at serial no. 1,2 and 3 on the recommendations of the screening committee of the Institute and as such all applicants may not be called for interview.
(5) In case of non-availability of suitable candidates for the position of Associate Professors, Institute may fill up these positions on temporary/Contract basis in the capacity of Assistant Professor/Guest Teachers in the interest of the students. (6) For Non-Teaching Posts: Candidates are called for the Aptitude Test and Trade Test on the recommendations of the screening committee of the Institute, for the post mentioned at serial No. 4 and 5.
(7) Schedule of the Institute and the Short-listed Candidates list will be displayed on the Institute website.
(8) The Institute reserves the right to fill on temporary basis or not to fill any of the post without giving any reason whatsoever. The Institute may also appoint on contractual basis. The number of posts may vary depending on exigencies.
(9)The Institute reserves the right to alter/modify any condition at any stage.
(10) No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the Interview and Aptitude & Trade Test.
