🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Dean Academics (Professor)
A candidate with strong academic and Research background coupled with similar experience will be preferred. Responsibilities include the overall academic rigor and effectiveness of the research activities at the Institute. The candidate will be required to develop & facilitate broad range of institutional linkages with multiple stakeholders- students, faculty, staff, industry and corporate supporters to accomplish the objectives of the Institute. The candidate should be a Postgraduate with Ph D. with minimum 10 years of experience in subject area.
Faculty Positions (Assistant Professor)
Subject Area Business Analytics, Banking and Finance, IT, Quantitative Techniques, Operations, Strategic Management, Marketing, HR, and Communications.
Qualification The candidate should be a post graduate in relevant domain with teaching experience minimum 3 years in the subject area and sufficient exposure in research & publications. We encourage & support research-oriented faculty. Preference will be given to Ph.D. candidate.
Placements Manager
The candidate should be a post graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field/similar academic institutions. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in liaisons with various industries for placements of MBAstudents.
Non-Teaching Positions
EA to Director Office and HR Manager, Accounts Executive. Alumni Manager, ERP Manager, Admissions councilors, Data Entry operator.
Qualification The candidate should be a graduate / post graduate with minimum 3 years of experience with specialization in the above-mentioned area.
