🎯 TITLE OF THE PROJECT
Project title: Understanding Menstrual Waste Disposal Behaviour of Schoolgirls using the Theory of Planned Behaviour.
The project aims to identify and understand role of social and attitudinal factors leading to irresponsible disposal of menstrual products by schoolgirls.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Research Assistant
☛ (Qualification- Ph.D./M.Phil./ Post graduate in social science discipline with minimum 55%)
☛ Candidate should have some experience in publishing academic paper/article.
☛ Should have knowledge of writing good literature review, scale development, variable identification etc.
Field Investigator
☛ Qualification- Post graduate in social science discipline with minimum 55%
☛ Candidate should belong to any of the 5 districts of Gujarat: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Rajkot & Vadodara.
Desirable Criteria
☛ Candidate should have experience in primary data collection.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Research Assistant 16,000/-p.m. As per ICSSR guidelines
- Field Investigator 15,000/-p.m. As per ICSSR guidelines
