🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
PRINCIPAL
SRI KRISHNA ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE looking for an outstanding candidate below the age of 55 years with minimum 20 Years of teaching experience from a reputed autonomous college at the level of Principal / Dean / HOD which has a NIRF ranking below 100.
• Shall be a leader with an excellent track record in academics and administration.
• Should be an energetic happy person with good interpersonal skills and smart networking.
• Should be willing to go the extra mile for the growth and development of the Institution.
• Should be innovative with flair for research, consultancy, ensure good academic record and quality placement.
• Should be compatible with the vision of the management.
DEANS & ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS
• Good Academic record with Ph.D. and 20 Years of experience for Dean and 8 years experience for Associate Professor in teaching and or research.
• Should be highly knowledgeable in outcome based education, blended learning with good administrative skills.
ASSISTANT PROFESSORS
Good Academic record with Ph.D./NET/SET. Minimum 5 years experience in teaching / research with a evidence of publication in Scopus, Science Digest and UGC Care.
