The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) was established in August 2020 by the Government of NCT of Delhi to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU aims to create a win-win for the youth and the industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training. Building on the education philosophy of thinkers such as Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, DSEU aims to integrate the use of the hand, head, and heart for balanced living and engagement in lifelong learning. The focus will be on teaching both self-reliance for life-long independence and the wisdom towards nurturing and valuing interdependence. The University wishes to change the existing paradigm of skilling, making skill acquisition aspirational and providing opportunities to all for skilling, up-skilling and reskilling. Besides, DSEU will support and nurture entrepreneurs and provide quality mentorship to steer the entrepreneurial journeys of those interested, by providing incubation, and constant support.

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) is looking for a short-term appointment of Guest Faculty for handling different academic responsibilities related to the delivery of the curriculum on Socio-Emotional Learning (Soft Skills).

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Guest Faculty
1.Above 4 years of facilitation experience in delivering soft skills, social-emotional skills or developing job readiness skills.
2.Experience of facilitating using experiential methods – like group work, expressive arts, drama, outbound learning, etc. will be given preference.
3.Experience of having worked with youth (16 to 25 years) of age will be given priority.
4.Educational Qualification: first-class Bachelor and Masters in the relevant field
5.Relevant certification in soft skill training will be desirable.
6.Attitude: Open, Agile, Enjoy working with young people, Compassion and patience
7.Preferred location: NCR Delhi
Visiting Faculty on Short term appointment for Environmental Studies.
● Bachelors in Environmental Science OR Environmental Technology OR relevant field with at least 50 percent marks AND 5 years’ experience in relevant industry/ Teaching / Field job related to environmental projects/ Working for real environmental issues.
And / Or
● Masters in Environmental Science OR Environmental Technology OR relevant field with at least 50 percent marks AND 2 years’ experience in relevant industry/ Teaching/ Field job related to environmental Projects/ Working for real environmental issues.
And / Or
● PhD in the relevant field with 1 year experience in relevant industry/ Teaching/ Field job related to environmental projects/ Working for real environmental issues.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Guest Faculty Remuneration: For Degree Programs: 50,000/- per credit. For Diploma Programs: 37,500/- per credit.
