Manager – Outreach and Collaborations
Qualification: Post Graduation (PG)
Experience: 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Self-starter, capable of taking initiatives and making decisions in a collaborative manner
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; proven aptitude for analytical
He / She Should have IPR Knowledge
☛ Explore new partnerships with investors
☛ Develop and maintain relationships with investors
☛ Explore Government Grants, Debt, CSR for funding opportunities for startups
☛ Planning and execution of major events like Hackathons, Ideathons and workshops
☛ Establish collaborations with other incubators, institutes and industries involved in IoT/ IT/ Bio entrepreneurship/AgriTech and more
☛ To scout & evaluate startup idea in the field of IoT/ IT/ AI/ Robotics / Biotechnology / Biomedical / Bioinformatics / Biopharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences and allied sectors
☛ Maintain Documentation, Process, Policy & Due Diligence of Investment Portfolios.
☛ To engage with key stakeholders to improve outcomes, building support and secure resources
☛ Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in startup environment
☛ Interact and maintain relationships with startups, Investors, innovators researchers and mentors
☛ General project administration and coordination as required
☛ Ability to develop network with the local or regional institutions such as Universities, VCs, Ecosystem enablers, colleges, pharma companies, reagent suppliers and allied organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
• A Graduate and/or Post graduate from any nationally reputed institute/university having Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with preferably three or more years of experience in the startup / Innovation /Entrepreneurship domain, either as a startup founder / cofounder / core team member /key employee of a start-up and / or as an enabler of startup/Innovation ecosystem or in a lead position in reputed Innovation & Startup promoting organization. Candidate having working in a health care innovation, start-up ecosystem and center will be given preference.
• MBA /PGDBM from reputed university is preferable. Experience in Business Development / Entrepreneurship Development / Technology Commercialization would be an added advantage

Executive (IoT) Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation with (IoT) experience preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years preferable IoT experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assisting Startups in Prototype building
• Coordinating for the major events like Hackathons, Ideathons and workshops
• Analysing different kind of sensors, microcontrollers, single board computers, power supplies, enclosures and other electronic components based on usage, range, accuracy and cost;
• Coding microcontrollers on any open source IDE;
• Analysing different communication protocols and networks;
• Testing and deploying sensors such as Temperature, Humidity, CO2, Air Quality, Occupancy and others with 12C, RS485, RS232, LoRa, IPV6 etc. protocols;
• Establishing communication platforms such as sub system for interconnect communication; for outdoor locations, implementing wireless communication for data collection;
• Setting up data collection, storage, analysis and processing;
• Edge computing for controls and management of devices and systems;
• Interfacing BMS for direct collection of data Photovoltaic System, Diesel Generator, Weather Station etc.;
• Standardising all applications based on performance, operating conditions and ruggedness for usage;
• Establishing power supply solutions for indoor and outdoor usage;
• Coordinating with cross functional teams including the Urban Informatics Lab (UIL), Geospatial Lab (GSL), Campus Development Team and external partners for Campus OS;

Desired Candidate Profile
• A PG/UG degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or related fields;
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field (IoT) or organization;
• The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical designs and engineered platforms;
• Hands-on experience in development of hardware and embedded software, instrumentation, environmental controls, testing on loT platforms in IoT environments; Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

Executive Biotech
Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation with (IoT) experience preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years preferable IoT experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assisting Startups in Prototype building
• Coordinating for the major events like Hackathons, Ideathons and workshops.
• To perform maintenance on lab equipment by making calibrations, cleaning equipment, replacing parts, and otherwise keeping equipment functioning properly.
• To provide training and assistance to handle equipment to our incubates/Startups/Students/Faculties etc.
• To prepare and/or test outsourced samples.
• To maintain laboratory consumables stock and resources.
• To do basic research and all other activities instructed by CEO.
• Interact and maintain relationships with startups, Investors, innovators researchers and mentors
• General project administration and coordination as required
• Ability to develop network with the local or regional institutions such as Universities, VCs, Ecosystem enablers, colleges, pharma companies, reagent suppliers and allied organization.
To do basic research and all other activities instructed by CEO.
Desired Candidate Profile
• M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/any Life Sciences subject or M. Pharm /Biotechnology/relevant area with minimum 55% or above marks from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience of handling sophisticated instruments in the field of Biotechnology/Microbiology.
• Candidates with prior experience in relevant area would be preferable.
• Candidates with expertise in handling microbial cultures, cell lines and molecular biology techniques is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

• Manager – Outreach and Collaborations Salary – Rs.50,000/- PM
• Executive (IoT) Salary – Rs.30,000/- PM
