🏫 ABOUT INSTITUTION
Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) is an Autonomous body under Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DIVYANGJAN), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. It provides total medical rehabilitation for the Persons with Locomotor Disabilities.A Composite Regional Centre (CRC) has been established at Ranchi in Jharkhand under the administrative control of SVNIRTAR. Aim of this CRC is to provide rehabilitation services to the differently able persons and full time training courses in the field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities (Divyangjan). The posts will be renewed in yearly basis by SVNIRTAR based on the performance of the Consultant and extension of the project by the Ministry. Recruitment of the following consultants will be conducted by this Institute on contract basis with consolidated salary.

Essential: MBBS with Postgraduate Degree/Diploma of 2 years full time course in Physical Med-cine and Rehabilitation (Recognized by RCI/ MCI).
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in teaching or research in related field.
Desirable: Ph D in related field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.
No. of post-01, Group-A, Category-OBC
Assistant Professor (Speech & Hearing)
Essential: Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma of 2 years full time course in Speech & Hearing. (Recognized by RCI/ MCI).
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in teaching or research in related field.
Desirable: Ph.D in related field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.
Vocational Instructor
Essential: SSC and Diploma in Vocational Training from a reputed Training Institution in the field of Disability.
Experience: Five years experience including two years experience in organizing/conducting vocational training programmes.
