🏫 ABOUT INSTITUTION

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) was established in August 2020 by the Government of NCT of Delhi to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU aims to create a win-win for the youth and the industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training. Building on the education philosophy of thinkers such as Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, DSEU aims to integrate the use of the hand, head, and heart for balanced living and engagement in lifelong learning. The focus will be on teaching both self-reliance for life-long independence and the wisdom towards nurturing and valuing interdependence. The University wishes to change the existing paradigm of skilling, making skill acquisition aspirational and providing opportunities to all for skilling, up-skilling and reskilling. Besides, DSEU will support and nurture entrepreneurs and provide quality mentorship to steer the entrepreneurial journeys of those interested, by providing incubation, and constant support.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Assistant Director – Physical Education (Level – 9A)
1.Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Physical Education Science or equivalent degree with at least First Class or its equivalent with good academic record from a recognized University / Institute.
2. Record of having represented the University / College at the inter-University / Inter-collegiate competitions or the state and / or national championships;
3. Record of strong involvement and proven track record of participation in sports, drama, music, films, painting, photography, journalism event management or other student / event management activities during college / University studies.
4. Record of organizing such events as student’s convener or in later part of life.

Assistant Director – Physical Education (Level – 10)
(a) Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science or equivalent degree with at least First Class or its equivalent with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute.
(b) Record of having represented the University / College at the inter University / Inter-collegiate competitions or the state and / or national championships;
(c) Qualifying in the National-Level Test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC and passed the physical fitness test conducted

Controller of Examinations
Essential:
i. Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade B in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. ii. At least 15 years’ experience out of which minimum 5 years experience at Pay Level 13A/13A1 of 7th CPC. OR Comparable experienced in research establishment and / or other Institutions of higher education,
OR
15 years of administrative experience, out of which 08 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. Desirable: Minimum 5 years of Administrative experience in relevant field in Pay Level 13A/13A1 or above.

• Assistant Director – Physical Education (Level – 9A) Level – 10, Entry Pay 57700/-
• Assistant Director – Physical Education Level – 9A, Entry Pay 56100/-
• Controller of Examinations PB-IV 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/- (6th CPC), Level-14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs.1,44,200/- as per 7th CPC pay matrix
