Department of Food & Beverage Production/Culinary Arts:
Qualification: Master’s Degree from recognized University and first class in 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management/Hospitality Administration/Culinary Arts/ Culinary Science with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience including Supervisory / Managerial roles in 5 star or 4 star properties / reputed restaurant(s) with specialization in Regional Indian Cuisine / Sub-regional / Halwai / Pan Asian and 2 years of teaching experience along with good communication skills.
Department of Front Office:
Qualification: Master’s Degree from a recognized University and first class in 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management/Hospitality Administration with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from a recognized university.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Hotel Front Office in 5 star or 4-star properties Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience including Supervisory / Managerial roles in 5 star or 4 star properties / reputed restaurant(s) with specialization in Regional Indian Cuisine / Sub-regional / Halwai / Pan Asian and 2 years of teaching experience along with good communication skills.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience 5 star or 4-star properties / reputed restaurant(s).
Department of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition:
Qualification: Ph.D. in field of nutrition or dietetics / Postgraduate in nutrition or dietetics with a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in hospital. Experience: Candidate should have 3 to 5 years’ experience each in academics/ industry with specialization in Clinical Dietetics. Candidates with good research aptitude, experience and has publications to their credit will be highly preferred.
Department of Management Studies – Finance
Qualification: PhD in the respective domain from a recognized university with Master’s Degree in Finance or Revenue Management with
a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from recognized university and first class in 4- or 3-Years Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management /Hospitality Management/Hospitality Administration ( Bachelor of Hotel Management or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hospitality & Hotel Administration) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience under domain of Finance / Revenue Management from a reputed hotel (5 star of 4-star
properties) with a good performance track record
or
Minimum 5 years of work experience with managerial role under domain of Finance / Revenue Management from a reputed hotel (5 star of 4-star properties) with a good performance track record and Minimum 2 years of teaching experience from an institute of repute from a recognized university with a flair for research in area of Finance or Revenue Management.
Department of Management Studies – HR
Qualification: PhD in the respective domain from a recognized university with Master’s Degree in HR with a minimum of 60% marks in
aggregate or its equivalent grade from recognized university and first class in 4- or 3-Years Bachelor’s degree in Hotel
Management/Hospitality Management/Hospitality Administration ( Bachelor of Hotel Management or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in
Hospitality & Hotel Administration) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from recognized university.
