SRM University Andhra Pradesh Invites Application for the Project Positions of Project Consultant/Post-doc Fellow and Research Associate Recruitment 2022
Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Consultant/Post-doc Fellow and Research Associate for the research project titled “Tenancy and Credit: Exploring Facts below the Crust in AP” Sponsored by NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development), Mumbai, India. The study will attempt to identify different possible sources of credit of agriculture households in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh, and the impact at the macro level will be carried out. The role of self-help groups and microfinance on agriculture and livelihood will be one important component of this analysis. Transaction cost, cascading effect, and loan waiver impact will be estimated across tenant/owner cultivators and social groups.

Educational Qualification: PhD in Economics /Applied Economics/ Agricultural Economics (Specialization in agricultural Economics).
•Retired professors from college and university may also apply
Desirable Qualification: Aware about software, i.e., SPSS, STATA, Advance Excel; familiar with NSSO Unit level data. Good communication skills, knowledge in Econometrics, ability to write the report. Field experience.
Age Limit: Up to 65 years
Research Associate
No. of Positions: One (1)
Duration: 10 Months (Candidate may consider for PhD admission in university)
Remuneration: 30,000/-PM Consolidated
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in Economics/Applied Economics/Agricultural Economics
Desirable Qualification: Aware about software i.e., SPSS, STATA, Advance Excel; good communication skills, and field experience, familiar with NSSO unit-level data.
Age Limit: 35 years
