🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Junior Manager (Grade-III) in Placement Post Graduate in any discipline with 55 % marks and (a) 3 years’ relevant experience for internal candidates at JM-I (Grade-II) of 7th Pay Commission Matrix or (b) 3 years’ relevant experience for external candidates at the Pay Level-5 of 7th Pay Commission Matrix or equivalent approx. monthly CTC of Rs. 52,250/- (monthly salary drawn) for those working in a private setup.
Desirable: Work Experience in University/educational or research Institution.Preference will be given to the candidates with: Prior placement experience. Good established industry network. Good presentation & communicational skills
Executive Assistant (Infosys Center for Artificial Intelligence) Qualification & Experiences: Post Graduate in any discipline with 55% marks and 1 year of relevant experience. OR Degree in Engineering/Technology with 55% marks and 1 year of relevant experience
Junior Manager (Grade-I) in Library & Information Centre Essential Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate in Library Science from recognized Institutes with 55 % marks and minimum 01 year’s relevant experience on annual CTC of 3.5L.
Desirable: Experience in University/ educational or research institution and capability of multitasking. Good knowledge of open-source software, mainly Drupal, Koha, DSpace, and Subjects Plus. Good written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in Library and Information Services
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Junior Manager (Grade-III) in Placement Level (7th CPC) 6
- Executive Assistant (Infosys Center for Artificial Intelligence) Consolidated salary in the range of Rs. 34,000-2700-61,200/-per month, depending on work experience and suitability of the candidate. Fix annual increment at the rate of Rs. 2700/-. (Equivalent to Scale-3 of temporary positions under Project Heads). In addition to the consolidated salary, the incumbent shall be entitled for mobile reimbursement of Rs. 750/- per month on production of bill
