The Central University of Jammu came into existence on August 08, 2011, with the appointment of the first Vice-Chancellor. It was established by the Central Universities Act, 2009 (Act No.25 of 2009 read with the Central Universities Act, 2009).The University carries out its administrative functions from its head office at Bagla, Rahya-Suchani, Distt. Samba.The Central University of Jammu campus is under construction at Village Bagla, Raya Suchani in District Samba, which is at an approximate distance of 25 kms from Jammu.
Central University of Jammu Invites Application for the Non Teaching Positions of Scientific Administrative Assistant / Laboratory Assistant / Junior Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow / Senior Project Associate/ Project Scientist Recruitment 2022
Applications are invited for the following project staff positions on rolling basis at the Central University of Jammu for project titled “Design and Development of Testbed and Vulnerability Analysis Framework for Cyber Physical Systems”. The project is focused on cyber physical system security, investigation of the system level impacts of different devices and network architectures of Industrial Control System (Hydro Power Plant), development of testbed of Hydroelectric Power Plant interfaced with Industrial Control Systems, analysis the impact of vulnerabilities in different automation devices this includes DPI and different protocols. This is a rolling advertisement. Applications will be shortlisted and informed to the applicant for the interview. The positions are for a maximum period of 2 years and renewed annually depending on performance.
