Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU) was established by an act (No. 25 of 2004) of legislature passed by the Chhattisgarh State Govt. Assembly vide notification no. 639/21-A/Praroopan/04 dt 21st January 2005 to incorporate a University and Technology for the purpose of ensuring systematic, efficient and quality education in engineering and technological subjects including Architecture and Pharmacy at Research, Post graduate, Degree and Diploma level.The University since its inception in the year 2005 is striving hard to emerge as one of the nations prominent Universities to fulfill its commitment to the service of state and nation. It was inaugurated on 30th April 2005 by the Hon’ble Prime-Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh.The University without waiting for full fledged infrastructure development started identifying the frontier area of research and development and outreach programmes for the benefit of the society. With this approach several academic programmes, seminars, workshops and conferences have been conducted by the University during past 5 years.

- Department of Energy and Environmental Engineering BE/B. Tech, and ME/M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech. or ME/M.Tech.
- Department of Micro Electronics and VLSI BE/B. Tech, and ME/M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent either in BE/B.’I’ech. or ME/M.Tech.
- Department of Environmental &Water Resources Engineering BE/B. Tech, and ME/M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech. or ME/M.Tech.
- Department of Structural Engineering BE/B. Tech, and ME/M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech. or ME/M.Tech.

📝 HOW TO APPLY
The application fee is Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand only) for General/OBC category and Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) for SC/ST will be paid through Demand Draft (DD), in favor of Registrar, CSVTU Bhilai. For SC/ST candidates the caste certificate is required for fee rebate. For other state central govt, certificate is required.
The date and time slot for the walk in interview will be notified only in the University website. Candidates are requested to frequently browse the University website. The selected candidates are expected to join soon upon selection and bring the all-Original documents including Mark sheets and Certificates with a photograph at the time of joining, failing which their engagement can be withdrawn.
