🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
POST GRADUATE TEACHER / TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER / PRIMARY TEACHERS
As per CBSE norms, Computer Literacy mandatory. Minimum Marks in Post Graduation/Graduation and B Ed – 50% in each. Only those who have valid AWES Score cards and have experience of teaching in CBSE schools can apply for contract basis. For PRT; D.Ed is also considered For PET; Graduate in Physical Education or BP.Ed or Bachelor in Sports. For Art – Graduate with drawing/painting/Art/ Fine Art, or + 2 with minimum 2 years full time Diploma from Govt recognised Institute
COUNSELLOR (Contract) BA With Psychology OR graduate with a certificate Diploma in counselling with minimum experience of three years as counsellor.
SPECIAL EDUCATOR (Contract) Graduation with BEd (Special Edn) OR BEd General with one year Diploma in Special Education.
ACTIVITY TEACHERS (Contract & Adhoc)
PTI – Graduate in Physical Education or BP.Ed or Bachelor in Sports.
Music – BA with music or +2 with 2 yrs Diploma Certificate from Govt recognised Institute.
Dance – Matriculation or equivalent examination and Two years experience in Dance work with children in a recognised Dance School.
NON TEACHING STAFF (Contract)
IT Supervisor – Advance Diploma or Diploma in Computing & Hardware with knowledge in at least two of the following:-
(a) Networking and LAN Administration.
(b) Operating Systems.
(c) RDBMS with programming. Proficiency in one language.
Female Nursing Assistant – 10 + 2 and Diploma in Nursing with minimum five yrs of Experience.
Assistant Librarian – B. Lib. Science or Graduate with Dip in Library Science from a recognised institute and computer literate.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF (Contract).
Accountant – Commerce Graduate or fifteen years service as a clerk in the Defence Services. Basic computer application course of Army /Dip in Computer Applications of not less than one year duration.
Knowledge of double entry system of accounting, excel sheet and accounting software. Minimum 5 yrs experience as an Accounts Clerk in the Defence Services/reputed organisation.
LDC – Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk with knowledge of Computer & Accounts. Typing speed minimum of 40 words.
Receptionist – Graduate, Knowledge of Computer and EPABX System and Good Communication skill in English.
Multitasking Staff – Preferably matriculate or 10 yrs experience for Ex servicemen
