🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills
- VICE PRINCIPAL: PG with B.Ed. and at least 8-10 years of administrative experience in a CBSE school.
- ACADEMIC COORDINATORS:
- For Lower, Middle and High school.
- PG (First Division) with B.Ed.
- 5-8 years of experience in a CBSE school.
- 2-3 years of experience as Academic coordinator.
- Prior experience in planning and running coaching programs for Olympiad. NTSE. KVPY, JEE/NEET and other competitive exams is a must.
- SPECIAL EDUCATOR: Graduate with Special B.Ed.
- FULL-TIME COACHES: Swimming (Male/Female), Table Tennis. Badminton. Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball. Cricket, Football. Horse Riding, Yoga. Skating. Athletics.
- M.P.Ed. (First Division) with minimum 3-5 years of relevant coaching experience Including organizing CBSE cluster meets and inter-school competitions.
- ACTIVITY TEACHERS:
- Dance (Classical, Western): Bachelor s degree in performing arts and a Technical Teacher Certificate in Dance.
- Music (Vocal, Instrumental): 4-year certificate course with diploma in light music and a Technical Teacher Certificate in music.
- Arts & Crafts: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts.
- LAB ASSISTANT: Graduate in Science or Diploma in Electronics. 2-3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- CONTENT MANAGER: Create and monitor content for school communication. Website and the LMS system. Degree in Journalism or Communications with proficiency in English and creative writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and at least two years of experience in digital learning platforms is a must for all positions.
- PGT / PRT / TGT For all above positions – PG (First Division) with B.Ed.. and at least 3-5 years of teaching experience is required. Candidates with prior JEE/NEET coaching experience will be preferred.
- COUNSELOR: PG in Psychology and experience in guidance and counseling.
- HOUSE MASTERS: PG/Graduate with 5 8 years experience in managing school hostels.
- ADMIN POSITIONS: Parent Relation Officer. Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team. Technology Head, IT Hardware Procurement Officer, Librarian. Hostel Warden (M/F) and HR Manager. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
