Indian Culinary Institute (ICI) is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Institute has its Campus at Tirupati and at NOIDA. It was established by the Govt. of India with the object of running various programs in Culinary Art starting from Skill level to the highest level of study on the subject and for documentation as well as preservation of various Indian cuisine. The ICI is one of its kind, Premier and State of Art Institute and committed to quality education in the field. Quality of education and training at the Institute will help students to emerge as professionally qualified personnel in Culinary Art.

ICI calls for application for contractual engagement of Teaching Faculties for its Noida & Tirupati campuses. Details of the positions, number of positions and minimum required qualification and experience against each position is as under.

  • Guest Faculties a) Financial Management b) Food Photography c) Food Journalism (for Noida campus)

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

  • Lecturer-cum-lnstructor (Food Production) (Age up to 62 years (for Noida campus) 2 Having full-time Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management from a recognized University or NCHMCT and total of 5 years experience in teaching as well as industry in the field of Food Production. Out of the total experience of 5 years, two years industry experience in the kitchen in a classified hotel would be preferred. Rs.45,000 per month
  • Junior Faculty-cum-Teaching Associate (Food Production) (Age up to 30 years) (1 for Noida campus and 1 for Tirupati campus) 2 Having full-time Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management from a recognized University or NCHMCT with two year industry experience or Masters Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management from a recognized University or NCHMCT and NHTET qualified with required percentage. Rs. 25,000 per month
  • Guest Faculties a) Financial Management b) Food Photography c) Food Journalism (for Noida campus) 1 1 1 Masters with Degree in the subject and experience in the field. Rs. 1,000 per one hour class

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

  • Lecturer-cum-lnstructor (Food Production) (Age up to 62 years (for Noida campus) Rs.45,000 per month
  • Junior Faculty-cum-Teaching Associate (Food Production) (Age up to 30 years) (1 for Noida campus and 1 for Tirupati campus) Rs. 25,000 per month
  • Guest Faculties a) Financial Management b) Food Photography c) Food Journalism (for Noida campus) Rs. 1,000 per one hour class
