🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

1. Management Trainees: 02 posts (01 no. for Jammu Campus and 01 for Srinagar Off-Campus)

Job Profile: To assist the various Department/ Activity Heads of the Institute.

Qualification: Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficient in MS Office is must.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institute of repute and universities will be preferred.

Upper age limit:30 years.

2. IT & Systems Trainees: 02 Posts

Job Profile: To assist System Manager in IT related work/activity of the Institute.

Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institute of repute and universities will be preferred.

Upper age limit: 30 years.

3. Library Trainees: 02 Posts

Job Profile: To assist the Librarian in offering the library services to the faculty and the students and documentation of library activities.

Qualification: Master’s Degree in library and Information Science with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institute of repute and universities will be preferred.

Upper age limit: 30 years.

Consolidated emoluments:

Rs.20,000 – 25,000 depending upon qualification and experience. The contract will be for a period of one year which may be extended further based on performance.

4. Visiting Doctor: 01 Female

Qualification: MBBS with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university /Institute.

Experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience.

5. Consultant (Accounts & Compliance) – 01 Post

Job Profile:

  • Compliance with Government regulations, GFR and Institute’s norms.
  • Establishment of sound accounting, auditing and other financial management practices in maintaining Public Funds.
  • Pre-Audit of HR related matters, Tenders, Purchase Orders and employees claims, all payments etc.
  • Design & Implement accounting & audit control systems, Preparation of Manuals.
  • Provide opinion on matters referred, especially about their viability and acceptability keeping in view the precedents, norms and applicable rules.
  • Oversee Institute’s management activities, and enforce principles of integrity and compliance

Qualification: Candidates must be any graduate with 50% marks. Preference will be given to the candidates having post-graduation degree and having knowledge of MS Office.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in accounts/audit department of a Central Govt. organizations. Retired officers of Indian Accounts and Audit Department preferably from commercial background and other Government of India, Autonomous bodies holding post of Sr. Audit Officers / Accounts Officers with experience of handling the finance, Internal audit and administrative matters in organized audit & accounts department. Candidate must have sound knowledge of Government regulations in procurement of Goods &Service-related matters, GFR 2017 and HR related matters. Experience at IIMs/IITs or CFITs or Autonomous Institutions under GOI in accounts department will be preferred.


🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

  • Management Trainees Rs.20,000-25,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience.
  • IT & Systems Trainees Rs.20,000-25,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience.
  • Library Trainees Rs.20,000 – 25,000 depending upon qualification and experience. The contract will be for a period of one year which may be extended further based on performance.
  • Visiting Doctor Consolidated Rs. 1,000/- (all inclusive) per hour per visit. No other allowance or benefit will be admissible. Visiting Timing is one hour from Monday to Friday. The visiting hours may be increased, if required.
  • Consultant (Accounts & Compliance) Consolidated salary in the range of Rs. 45,000/- to 55,000/- per month. (Telephone & Conveyance as applicable).
