🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager (Corporate Communication & Media Relations)
Planning and executing PR campaigns, strategies
Build good and strong relationships with media (Newspaper and Television).
Monitor media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, television, newswires, social media sites and blogs, on a regular basis regarding news about VIT and other institutes.
Research, write and send press releases to targeted media. Ensure that the press releases are published in the media.
Collate and analyse media coverage.
Write and edit in-house magazines.
Prepare and coordinate publicity materials, brochures, corporate videos and photographs.
Organise events such as press meets, exhibitions and open days.
Be well-informed about happenings in the education sector.
Coordinate with Student Outreach department for social media and digital Content

HR Manager
Responsible for all human resource activities to include Employment, Compensation, Employee relations, Benefits, and Training & Development.
Interview Process, Develop and maintain relationship with Employment Agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Design and conduct new employee orientations.
Administer and explain benefits to employees
Recommend, develop and schedule Training and Development courses.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Institute’s policies, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to Core Group, directors, managers and staff within the university.
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.

Manager/Assistant Manager – Social Media/Digital Marketing
Proven track record in the relevant field
Strong desire to work in a team environment.
Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative on developing creative and innovative methods for outreaching to hard-to-reach target populations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work both independently without close oversight

Senior Content Writer
Responsible for writing compelling content and original articles as part of the content strategy
Content writing for various media like, print, Facebook, Instagram, with the ability to stitch stories using images, multimedia and appropriate content tailored to suit the target audience like teens/ working professional /parents
Candidate should have the ability to research and write original articles for various topics conforming to the SEO guidelines with ideal keyword densities
Must have excellent communication, writing & grammar skills and be able to work as a part of the team with set deadlines
Proofread and edit content before publication
Identify the needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies and also proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the Institution website.
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Identifying the needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the current content.
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Manager (Corporate Communication & Media Relations)
Educational qualification :Relevant UG Degree/ PG Degree
Experience: 10+ years’ experience as Journalist in leading newspaper

HR Manager
Responsible for all Human Resource activities for the University. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on university policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Education –Β MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed Institute
Experience:
Should have minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, Staffing, Promotion, Performance Evaluation

Manager/Assistant Manager – Social Media/Digital Marketing
Educational qualification : Relevant UG Degree/ PG Degree
Experience: 5+ years

Senior Content Writer
Educational qualification : RelevantUG Degree/ PG Degree
Experience :Β 10+ years
Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role Portfolio of published articles
Strong desire to work in a team environment
High-energy individual who takes initiative with a positive outlook, and can manage change
Strong work ethic, self-starter works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work both independently without close oversight
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Familiarity with web publications Excellent writing and editing skills in English Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
