🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) Female
(i) B.A. (Honours) in one of the Modern Indian Language (MIL) concerned or B.A. with MIL concerned as one of the elective subjects from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language or one school subject* at degree level.
OR
Equivalent oriental degree in MIL concerned from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate.
OR
(For appointment as Hindi Teachers only) Sahitya Rattan of Hindi Sahitya Sammclan Prayag having secure at least 45% marks in aggregate with English in Matriculation
Provided further that the requirement as to the minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate shall be Relaxable in the case of (a) candidates who possess a post Graduate Qualification in MIL concerned from a recognized university (b) candidates belonging to SC/ST (c) Physically handicapped candidates.
(ii) Degree / Diploma in teaching
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi is essential.**
(iv) Should have qualified CTET from CBSE.

Assistant Teacher (Primary) Directorate of Education
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.
OR
Senior Secondary’ (or its equivalent) with atleast 45% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NOTE (Recognition
Norms and Procedure) rcgulations-2002 .
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor of elementary’ education (B.EI.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in Education (special education) from a recognized Board.
OR
Graduation and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary’ Education (CBSE).
Must have passed Hindi or Urdu or Punjabi or English as a subject at Secondary Level.
Note:- Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks (in Academic qualification) shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PH.

Assistant Teacher (Nursery) Senior Secondary School (Class Twelve) certificate or Intermediate or its equivalent with atleast 45% marks from a recognized Board/university.
Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme of a duration of not less than two years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized institute.
Must have passed Hindi at Secondary Level.

Junior Secretariat Assistant (LDC)
(1) Matriculation /Secondary School Exam from a recognized University / Board or equivalent; and
(2) Ability to type at a speed of not less than 35 words per minute in
English or 30 Words per minute in Hindi on Computer.

Counselor
A. (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Applied Psychology.
(ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology, and
(iii) One year experience of working with clinical psychologist / organization working in the field of Mental Health / Drug De-addiction Centre / Psychiatric ward in any Hospital / Clinic’
OR
B. Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology from a recognized University / Institute.
C. Studied Hindi as a Subject at any level from Secondary onward.

Head Clerk
(1) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognized university
(2) Computer proficiency

Assistant Teacher (Primary) New Delhi Municipal Council
(1) 12th Pass with 50% Marks (5% relaxation in case of SC/ST) from a recognized Board.
(2) 2 years Diploma in primary education / certificate course in ETE/JBT/DIET/B.EI.Ed. from a recognized institution.
(3) Must have passed Hindi as a subject in 10th class.
(4) The candidate should have passed in Central Teacher Eligibility Test, to be conducted by the appropriate Govt, in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

Patwari Proficiency in Computer.Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi

The closing date for submission of online application is up to 24 June, 2021 (till 11:59 PM) after which the link will be disabled. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. Further, the Date of Examinations for the above said posts will be intimated separately in due course.

  1. The candidates must apply Online only. No other mode of application shall be accepted.
  2. The candidates must read the INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING ONLINE carefully, which are available at https://dsssbonline.nic.in (when candidate login for filling up of applications) before filling up Online Application Form for the post(s) concerned.
  3. Benefit of reservation for various categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD & other special category candidates shall be given as per the policy of Govt, of NCT of Delhi.
  4. The successful candidates will be required to submit legible self attested copies of the documents. Admit Card containing signature of the Invigilator (used in examination) along with the hard copy of printout of online application form in OARS at the time of verification of documents (any information contained in the attached certificates shall not be considered unless it is claimed in the application form).
  5. The centers for holding the examination will be in Delhi/NCR only.
