🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Principal
❖ Maximum age not above 65 years as on 01.04.2021.
❖ Phd./Masters Degree in Hotel Management & Post graduate in Hospitality / Tourism or MBA from a recognized University or Institute under UGC or approved by AICTE.
❖ A minimum of 18 years experience in teaching or hotel industry including 5 years of regular service in the grade of HOD in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.
Or
❖ Atleast 16 years of total experience in teaching & industry together with minimum of 7 years in a managerial capacity(out of which at least 5 years as a General Manager) in a 4 star or above category hotel or in private sector companies/firms having turnover of not less than 100 crore per annum in each of the last 3 years with 3 years of experience as a HOD in NCHMCT/State
IHM/AICTE affiliated university or institute.

Head of Department(HOD)
❖ Maximum age not above 50 years as on 01.04.2021.
❖ Masters Degree in Hotel Management & Post graduate in Hospitality / Tourism or MBA from a recognized University or Institute.
❖ A minimum of 15 years’ experience in teaching or hotel industry including 5 years of regular service in the grade of senior lecturer in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.
Or
❖ Atleast 15 years of total experience in teaching & industry together with minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity in a 4 star or above category hotel with 5 years of experience as a Senior Lecturer in NCHMCT/State IHM/AICTE affiliated university or institute.

Senior Lecturer
• Maximum age not above 40 years as on 01.04.2021.
• Masters Degree in Hotel Management & Post graduate in Hospitality / Tourism or MBA from a recognized University or Institute.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in teaching or hotel industry including 5 years of regular service in the grade of senior lecturer in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.
Or
Atleast 10 years of total experience in teaching & industry together with minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity in a 4 star or above category hotel with 5 years of experience as Lecturer in NCHMCT AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.

Lecturer
• Maximum age not above 35 years as on 01.04.2021.
• Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management & Post graduate in Hospitality /Masters Degree in Hotel Management & Post graduate in Hospitality
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in teaching or hotel industry including 3 years of regular service in the grade of Assistant lecturer in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.
Or
Atleast 10 years of total experience in teaching & industry together with minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity in a 4 star or above category hotel with 3 years of experience as Assistant Lecturer in NCHMCT AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university

Assistant Lecturer
• Maximum age not above 35 years as on 01.04.2021.
• Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Masters Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching or hotel industry including 2 years of regular service in the grade of Teaching Associate in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.
Or
Atleast 5 years of total experience in teaching & industry together with minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity in a 4 star or above category hotel with 3 years of experience as Teaching Associate in NCHMCT AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.

• Maximum age not above 35 years as on 01.04.2021.
• Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Masters Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching or hotel industry including 2 years of regular service in the grade of Teaching Associate in an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized university.
Or
Atleast 3 years of total experience in hotel industry.

Accountant
• Maximum age not above 40 years as on 01.04.2021.
• ICWA / CA Inter pass with 1 year experience or, B.Com / M.Com with minimum 3 years of experience in same field.

Cook (Indian & Continental)
• Maximum age not above 35 years as on 01.04.2021.
• 12th Pass / Passed any cooking course.

Baker
• Maximum age not above 35 years as on 01.04.2021.
• 12th Pass / Passed any baking and confectionery course
