K L University, officially the Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, is a deemed university located in the Vaddeswaram Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh, India. K L University consists of 11 academic departments and six schools, with emphasis on scientific and technological research.[1] Established in 1985, the college is located on a 100-acre (40 ha) site adjacent to Buckingham Canal, and is about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from Vijayawada in Krishna District and 20 km from Guntur City. The institution is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation, and is certified by ISO 9001 – 2000. It has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council with an A grade.

    • Instructional Designers: 02 positions
      • (preferably who were trained/ were a part of Wipro’s Mission 10X earlier)
    • Value Education Trainers: 02 positions
      • (with skill competence in pedagogical training and course design, delivery)
    • Soft Skills Trainers: 02 positions
      • (preferably with past experience in AMCAT/ Examly online training services)
  • Skill Development Division
    • CSE Domain Faculty, with Global Certification and deep hands on knowledge in AZURE: 02 No’s
    • CSE Domain faculty, with global certification and deep hands on knowledge in AWS: 02 No’s
    • ECE Domain faculty, with Global Certification, and deep hands on knowledge in 5G: 01 No’s
    • ECE/ CSE/ ME domain Faculty with Global Certification and Product Development/ Design experience in past in relevant industry: 02 No’s 
    • MBA domain faculty with global certification and deep hands on, on SAP- FI, ABAP, HR: 02 No’s for each vertical of SAP

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Assistant Professor-Instructional Designers/Value Education Trainers /Soft Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
• Must have proven record in educational research technologies.
• Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
• Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of educational training programs and strategies
• Work closely with administrators and faculties to support pedagogy that is inclusive, centered on best practices in blended/hybrid education, and proven to be effective.
• Exceptional proven ability in imparting innovative pedagogies in active learning methods in the class.
• As a member of the team, help to shape a sustainable vision around active, learner-centered pedagogies and assessments by helping faculty to succeed in blended learning environments.
• Designing blended learning solutions
• Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
• Applying adult learning theories to ensure faculties get the best out of their development
• Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
• Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
• Facilitating learning interventions
• Creating a coaching culture in the institution
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to students in the classrooms.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
Desired Candidate Qualification & Profile:
A Doctoral degree/ Master’s degree in
-Organizational Design, Educational or Organizational Psychology
-Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR, or any other relevant degree.
-Exposure to working in an organization involved in education or training would be an added advantage.

❖ Should have Good communication skills.
❖ Should have good subject knowledge.
❖ The candidate should have a regular degree Graduation and Post Graduation.
❖ Should be able to develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
❖ Should be able to manage any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Assistant Professor-Skill Development Division

1.Experienced faculty with MICROSOFT AZURE Certification
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Training/teaching experience in Microsoft AZURE. Should have deep hands-on knowledge in AZURE and Should be Certified in AZURE from MICROSOFT only. No 3rd party Certifications are acceptable.
Qualification: Should Possess M.Tech/MS in CSE/IT from reputed universities with a minimum of 70%.
Job Role:imparting AZURE skilling modules for students & faculty and making them certified in Microsoft Azure. Should be able to teach CSE domain subjects.
❖ Number of Vacancies: 02

2.Experienced faculty with AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS) Certification
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Training/teaching experience in AWS. Should have deep hands-on knowledge in AWS and Should be Certified from AMAZON only. No 3rd party Certifications are acceptable.
Qualification: Should Possess M.Tech/MS in CSE/IT from reputed universities with a minimum of 70%.
Job Role:imparting AWS skilling modules for students & faculty and making them certified in AWS modules. Should be able to teach CSE domain subjects.

3.Experienced faculty with 5G Network Certification
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Training/teaching experience in 5G Network. Should have deep hands-on knowledge in 5G Networks and Should be Certified from a reputed Organization which is accepted Globally. No 3rd party Certifications are acceptable.
Qualification: Should Possess M.Tech/MS in ECE from reputed universities with a minimum of 70%.
Job Role:imparting 5G Network skilling modules for students & faculty and making them certified in 5G. Should be able to teach ECE domain subjects.

4.Experienced faculty with Product Development/Design Certification
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Training/teaching experience in Product DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT (PDD). Should have deep hands-on knowledge in PDD and Should be Certified from a reputed Organizations like Wiley Nxt or IIITDM. No 3rd party Certifications are acceptable.
Qualification: Should Possess M.Tech/MS in ECE/ME/CSE from reputed universities with a minimum of 70%.
Job Role:imparting PDD skilling modules for students & faculty and making them certified in PDD. Should be able to teach Design related subjects.
❖ Number of Vacancies: 02

5.Experienced faculty with SAP Certification
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Training/teaching experience in SAP modules like FICO, ABAP, MM, SD etc. Should have deep hands-on knowledge in SAP modules and Should be Certified from SAP only. No 3rd party Certifications are acceptable.
Qualification: Should Possess MBA from reputed universities with a minimum of 70%.
Job Role:imparting SAP skilling modules for students & faculty and making them certified in SAP. Should be able to teach Management related subjects.
❖ Number of Vacancies: 02 for each module in SAP.

❖ Should have Good communication skills.
❖ Should have good subject knowledge.
❖ The candidate should have a regular degree Graduation and Post Graduation.
❖ Should be able to develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
❖ Should be able to manage any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
