🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor: For all faculty positions, candidates must have a Ph.D. from a recognized and reputed university which is a mandatory requirement.
Executive (MDP/Executive Education) The candidate must be a Graduate/Post-Graduate having prior experience of minimum 2 years in Training / MDPs. Prior work experience in tele counselling is a must. Candidate must have strong interpersonal & communication skills, well versed with MS Office (Word / Excel) and the ability to work in a Digital environment.
Senior Manager/Manager (MDP/Executive Education) The candidate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA having prior experience of minimum 10 years in Training / MDPs in a Management Institute / Training aggregator of repute. Along with
selling and configuring regular training programs, the candidate should have experience in online trainings, channel sales partners, digital marketing and social media marketing. Candidate must have strong interpersonal & communication skills, well versed with MS Office (Word / Excel) and the ability to work in a Digital environment. The candidate must have strong industry connect and good client acquisition skills. Experience in selling consultancy services will be an advantage.
Executive (Alumni Affairs) The candidate must be a Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant work experience 5 years, out of which 2 years should be in a similar profile in a Business School or Engineering College of repute. The candidate must have a track record of working with Alumni including maintenance of Alumni database, reaching out to Alumni and, holding Alumni events. The person should have good interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should be well versed with MS Office (Word / Excel) and should be able to work in the digital environment.
Assistant Manager (Academic Services) Expected Domain Knowledge/Skills: Having knowledge of NBA Accreditation, AICTE Approval Process, NIRF Ranking, Good IT Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Report Making etc. The candidate must be a Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant work experience of minimum 4-5 years in a Business School/Management institution of repute will be preferred.
o BE/ B Tech/ M Tech/ MCA degree holder with 3+ years of experience with CMS, PHP (LAMP), MySql, Linux and Apache
o Good knowledge of SQL queries using MySQL
o Ability to work hands-on on project development individually as well as with team members
o Design Document, Status Report, Defect tracking Report
IT Technical Assistant Candidate should be a IT Graduate or a Graduate with an IT Diploma, with minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Additional certifications like CCNS, MCSE, Linux etc. will be an advantage. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
ORE faculty enjoy the following compensation/privileges:
- FORE pays salary to faculty in accordance with the AICTE recommended pay scales plus additional incentives.
- Currently, FORE have implemented the 7th Central Pay Commission.
- Faculty members are encouraged to attend and present papers to International Conferences at least once a year which is fully supported/ funded by FORE.
- Faculty members are encouraged to present papers and attend National Conferences
- To support research by faculty FORE has instituted Seed Money Project scheme to facilitate research by Faculty Members with an initial research grant of up to Rs. 2.5 lacs per project per faculty.
- All faculty members of FORE as a group are taken to an international location for Faculty Development Program once a year.
- FORE also organizes various Faculty Training Programmes to keep them updated on new software/database, new technologies, etc.
- Being located at New Delhi faculty members of FORE get immense opportunity of professional development through organizing and/or attending various seminars/conferences at New Delhi.
