🏫 ABOUT INSTITUTION

The Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute, under the Societies act. The mission of ILBS is to become a dedicated international centre of excellence for the diagnosis, management and advanced training and research in the field of liver and biliary diseases. The first phase of ILBS is already functional having 180 hospital beds, 74 of which cater as intensive care (ICU) beds. The second phase of ILBS, will add a dedicated multi-storie research complex, auditorium, guest-house, hepato-biliary oncology unit, additional beds and residential accommodation. The ILBS aims to provide a healthy work environment to its faculty and staff. ILBS is a deemed university under the UGC act and it aspires to become a unique model for an academic career both for the national and international students and the faculty

DM in Organ Transplant Anaesthesia and Critical Care MD/DNB* in Anaesthesia with 3 years post MD senior residency in MCI recognised teaching institution of which minimum 02 years in Transplant Anaesthesia or equivalent foreign training. 2.04 years of Additional Professor Organ Transplant Anaesthesia preferably / 04 years Additional Professor Anaesthesia 08 years of Associate professorship in Organ Transplant Anaesthesia preferably / 08 years Associate Professor Anaesthesia. 11 years of teaching experience in Organ Transplant Anaesthesia preferably / 11 years teaching experience in Anaesthesia. 3.FFirst author / second author/corresponding author in 06 publications during the tenure as Additional Professor (original articles published / accepted: excluding case reports, letter to Editors and review articles)

Professor (Radiology) 1. MD/DNB* in Radiology or equivalent foreign degree with 3 years post MD senior residency in or equivalent foreign training. 2. 04 years of Additional Professor Radiology OR 08 years of Associate Professorship in Radiology OR 11 years of teaching experience in Radiology 3. First author / second author/corresponding author in 06 publications during the tenure as Additional Professor (original articles published / accepted: excluding case reports, letter to Editors and review articles)

Professor (Surgical Hepatology) 1. M.Ch. (HPB Surgery)/ M.Ch. (GI Surgery) OR MS (Surgery) or equivalent with 3 years Senior Residency in the field of HPB Surgery / Surgical Gastroenterology or equivalent foreign training. 2. 04 years of Additional Professor HPB Surgery OR 08 years of Associate professorship in HPB Surgery OR 11 years of teaching experience in HPB Surgery 3. Assistant Professor (Clinical Genetics) A Medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualification included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.) AND A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/MS (Medicine/Pediatrics/Obstetrics & Gynecology) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. AND Three (3) years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized Institution in the Department of Medical Genetics after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS (Medicine/Pediatrics/Obstetrics & Gynecology) or a qualification recognized thereto. AND Two (2) original published papers in peer reviewed indexed journal, out of which, at least one should be as first author

Assistant Professor (Hepatology) (Transplant Hepatology)1. DM in Hepatology 2. Two (2) original published papers in peer reviewed indexed journal, out of which, at least one should be as first author

Assistant Professor (Renal Transplant) 1. M.Ch./DNB* Urology or equivalent MCI recognized degree. 2. Two (2) original published papers in peer reviewed indexed journal, out of which, at least one should be as first author

Assistant Professor (Cardiology) 1. DM/DNB* Cardiology 2. Two (2) original published papers in peer reviewed indexed journal, out of which, at least one should be as first author

Assistant Professor (Clinical Nutrition) Medical A Medical qualification in schedule I or II or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualification included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.) AND Ph.D (Clinical Nutrition) with 3 years of teaching/ research experience in the relevant field post qualification AND Two (2) original published papers in peer reviewed indexed journal, out of which, at least one should be as first author

Assistant Professor (Molecular & Cellular Medicine) Postgraduate qualification e.g. Master degree in the discipline/ allied subject AND A doctorate degree of a recognized university AND Three years teaching and/ or research experience in the discipline/ subject concerned after obtaining the doctorate degree AND Two (2) original published papers in peer reviewed indexed journal, out of which, at least one should be as first author

 As per MCI guidelines, Additional training of one year for equivalence of qualification of DNB (Broad specialties) with MD/MS & DNB (super-specialities) with DM/ Mch.


πŸ† SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

β‚Ή The pay packages for each post are based as per 7th CPC at pay level applicable for the Institute except for the post of Jr. Executive Nurse. Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance and other additional allowances are admissible as per the policy of the Institute.
