ICCMRT was established in 1978 by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and apex co-operative institutions. From a small beginning, it has now established an identity of its own as a premier management institute among its client organisations and academic field. Today it serves as a locus of management education, management & computer training, research and consultancy. It has now diversified its activities in pursuit of its objectives to inculcate professionalism in the corporate world. ICCMRT started conducting P.G.Diploma management and computer Programmes in early 90s. In 1997 it started two-year full time AICTE approved PGDBA programme which was converted to MBA Programme, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow in 2001.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
First Class or equivalent in Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and PhD or equivalent, in appropriate discipline. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years teaching/ research /industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate professor.

Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and / or Research and /or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/ research paper publications /IPR/ patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the selection committee.
If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/ designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/ research paper publications /IPR/patents, etc., as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee.
In case of Architecture, Professional Practice of 5 years as certified by the Council of Architecture shall also be considered valid. In case of Architecture, Professional Practice of 10 years as certified by the Council of Architecture shall also be considered valid.
