💼 ABOUT INSTITUTION

Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) belongs to the prestigious IIM family of business schools. It is a new generation IIM, set up by the Government of India in September 2015. The Indian Institutes of Management Act 2017 declares IIMs as Institutions of National Importance, empowered to attain standards of global excellence in management, management research and allied areas of knowledge. IIM Visakhapatnam is located in its temporary, but state-of-the-art facility in the salubrious Andhra University campus in the ‘City of Destiny’, Visakhapatnam. The Institute has begun the process for building a permanent, full-fledged, word-class campus on approx. 230 acres of land in the (relative) vicinity of the upcoming green-field international airport, about 25 kilometres from the present (temporary/transit) campus. The first phase of the new facility is expected to be functional by 2021.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Senior Administrative Officer
Essential:
(1) Two-year full-time Post-Graduation with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
(2) Thorough hands-on experience in the use of MS Office.
(3) Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
(4) Excellent inter-personal skills.
Desirable and Preferred:
(5) Diploma or Degree in Law.

Senior Administrative Officer (Academic Programmes)
Essential:
(1) Two-year full-time Post-Graduation with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
(2) Thorough hands-on experience in the use of MS Office.
(3) Thorough hands-on experience in the use of web-conferencing tools (Zoom and WebEx).
(4) Learning Management System (Moodle); Examination Tools (DigiExam, ExamSoft); Academic Software Packages (Impartus, TurnItIn etc.).
(5) Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
(6) Excellent inter-personal skills.
Desirable and Preferred:
(7) Thorough hands-on experience in the use of tools like CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2020.

Administrative Officer
Essential:
(1) Two-year full-time Post-Graduation with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
(2) Thorough hands-on experience in the use of MS Office.
(3) Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
(4) Excellent inter-personal skills.

Administrative Officer
Essential:
(1) Two-year full-time Post-Graduation with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
(2) Thorough hands-on experience in the use of MS Office.
(3) Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
(4) Excellent inter-personal skills.
Desirable and Preferred:
(1) Post-Graduate qualification in International Relations.
(2) Study and Academic work Experience in the US or Europe.

Academic and Administrative Aide
Educational Qualifications (Essential):
Full-time Post-Graduation in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Commerce or Management (MBA/PGDM) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
(or)
CA/CMA.
C. Experience:
(1) Essential:
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience of Office Productivity Tools, especially MS Office.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience of Statistical and Data Analytics Tools.
(2)Preferable (Not essential):
• Post-qualification experience in areas given under Job Description.

    • Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (consolidated), based on the Institute’s norms, commensurate with qualifications, experience, last-pay drawn and performance in the selection process. No additional allowances or reimbursements of any kind would be admissible.

Such candidates may send advance applications, but, if found eligible and shortlisted, they would be allowed take part in the selection process only if the application is received through proper channel and/or a No Objection Certificate is produced on or before the interview date.
