💼 ABOUT INSTITUTION

The Pradhan Mantri Swasthya SurakshaYojana (PMSSY) was announced in 2003 with the objectives of correcting regional imbalances in the availability of affordable/reliable tertiary healthcare services and also to augment facilities for quality medical education in the country. AIIMS, Bibinagar is one of the apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the PMSSY. To facilitate the creation of very important institutions in the country, the Government of India has legislated AIIMS Act under which AIIMS are established. In terms of the provisions of the Act, these new AIIMS are called Institutes of National Importance and are to function as Autonomous Institutions under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Vacancy Notice on Deputation 

Medical Superintendent
Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfil the Conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act.
A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto Or M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a Post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India.
Experience: Ten years’ experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the P.G. Degree in a senior position, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds.

Financial Advisor
Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/University/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and/Development Organizations i. holding analogous posts on regular basis, or ii. with five years regular service from Organized Accounts Services in the grade pay of Rs.7600/- Or iii. Officers with five years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government in the grade pay of Rs.7600/- and having THREE years experience in the field of finance and accounts

Superintending Engineer
Employees of the Central/State/Union Territory Governments/Universities/Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development organizations holding analogous post Or Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600/- Or Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs.6600/-

Executive Engineer (Civil)
Executive Engineers (Civil) or Asstt. Engineers (Civil) with 8 years of regular service in that grade, from CPWD. In the event of suitable candidates not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the Central Government or Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies shall be considered. An officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Civil Engineering

Executive Engineer (Electrical)
Executive Engineers (Elec.) or Asstt. Engineers (Elec.) with 8 years of regular service in that grade, from CPWD. In the event of suitable candidates not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Engineering Departments of the Central Government or Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies shall be considered. An officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Nursing Superintendent
Officers under the Central/State Government/U.T. Administrations of the Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis. Or With atleast 3 years of service in posts in the Pay Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade pay of 4600 or equivalent respectively and having Degree and experience in Administration and Establishment matters and also preferably in accounts matters. Officers having MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management shall be given preference

Administrative Officer
Essential: Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts OR Deputy/ Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400.

Engagement of various Consultants 

Finance & Accounts
Eligibility Candidate should be a retired Government Servant from Central/State Governments / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Bodies / PSU / Research Organizations / Universities who was holding a Group – A Officer Post in Finance and Accounts wing of his previous employment.
Qualification Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Post Graduate Degree in Commerce having Finance as a subject. Qualifications may be relaxed in the case of deserving candidates who have worked in Central Government Organization, as a senior sub-ordinate posts.
Experience 10 years of experience in handling official finance Department of any Central Government Organization/ State Governments/ Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ PSU/ Research Organizations/ Universities.

Administration
Eligibility Candidate should be a retired Government Servant from Central/State Governments /Autonomous Bodies /Statutory Bodies / PSU/ Research Organizations / Universities who was holding a Group – A Officer Post in Administration wing of his previous employment.
Qualification Bachelor Degree from recognized University or its equivalent, Desirable 1. MBA or PG Diploma in Management from recognized universities. 2. Knowledge of Government rules and regulation 3. Proficiency in Computers
Experience 10 years of experience in handling official Administration Department of any Central Government Organization / State Governments / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Bodies / PSU / Research Organizations / Universities.

Information Technology
Qualification & Experience BE/B Tech in IT/MCA or equivalent having 10 years of experience in IT Management, of Education Institution/Govt. Officials/Private Companies. Candidates having experience of Hospital IT Management will be preferred. A retired Government Employees of Central / State Governments / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Bodies / PSU / Research Organizations / Universities may apply

Estate Officer
Qualification & Experience Retired Officers from Central Government/ State Government/ Government Autonomous Body/ PSU with Bachelor Degree in any discipline from recognized institution/ university and with 08 years of experience in handling estate related work in Government Organizations. Candidates having experience of estate work in Central/ State Government Hospital or Medical College will be preferred. Retired Govt. officers/officials are, engaged as Consultant for all purposes including general secretariat/administrative works and works under various schemes. Desirable: L.L.B. from recognized institution/ university.

📝 HOW TO APPLY

Vacancy Notice on Deputation 

(i)Maximum age limit for applying aforesaid post on deputation is 56 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
(ii) The period of deputation will be for a period of 3 (three) years and extendable for maximum period of seven years as per DoPT guidelines.
(iii) The Officer/Officials who fulfill the specified eligibility conditions may submit their applications in the prescribed Proforma at Annexure-I through proper channel to Recruitment cell, All India Institute of Medical sciences, Bibinagar- 508126 by Speed Post/Registered Post only
(iv) Application forms received after last date will not be considered. AIIMS Bibinagar will not be responsible for any postal delay.

(vi)The last date of receipt of complete application on the prescribed proforma along with the required documents through proper channel is 30 days after publication of advertisement in employment news / newspapers.

Engagement of various Consultants

at 10:00 AM onwards.

Period of Consultancy: Initially for one year and further extendable for another one year, as per requirement of the Institute.
Date of Interview: 02-12-2020.
Venue: Administrative Block, AIIMS, Bibinagar

Application Process: Advertisement and draft Application forms are hosted at www.aiimsbibinagar.edu.in the duly filled application form along with the originals and two self Attested photocopies of all relevant certificates relating to age, qualifications and experience (s) with two self-attested colored passport size photograph should be brought at the time of Interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

  • The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Director, AIIMS, Bibinagar reserves the right to increase/vary the vacancies.
  • Reservation will be as per guidelines of MoHFW based on the Government of India Policy issued from time to time.
  • The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualifications & experience will be the date of Walk-in-Interview.
  • The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed essential qualifications.
  • The remuneration will be consolidated in nature as determined by the competent authority.
  • The total monthly remuneration and the pension drawn by the consultant shall not be more than Last Pay Drawn by him calculated at the current rates of Dearness Allowances.
