Amity Institute of Training & Development seeks a highly motivated and dynamic Sr. Manager /Manager / Dy.Manager Corporate Sales – BFSI for its center at pan India. This position will be responsible for the sales effort, acquiring new clients and achieving revenue plan from named/new clients in specific vertical/region. He will be responsible to position AITD as the preferred education/learning partner with customer and drive strategic level engagement (please visit at http://aitd.amity.edu).

🎯 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition: Achieving revenue targets through customer acquisition in the B2B space. Build substantial account base in assigned vertical/region. Account Management: Achieve account revenue/EBIDTA targets. Lead the end-to-end Account Planning, Drive strategic engagement. Cross Functional Engagement: Work closely with pre sales, product development and delivery organization to ensure new solutions are positioned effectively in the accounts. Drive Product Mix: Drive calendar programs number for the region / sector Drive Sector initiatives in the region- customer events, industry body events
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
- Preferably MBA//doctorate or PhD preferred from a recognized University
- Minimum 06 years of experience in Solution/Product Sales.
- Experience in Direct / B2B markets
- Demonstrated Track record in meeting and exceeding targets consistently
- Consulting Skills
- Experience in Corporate Learning & Development is a plus
- Key Competencies & Traits
- Ability to devise and implement account level strategies
- Creativity of thought to provide Out of Box solutions
- Good understanding of the corporate training market would be an advantage.
- Strong Networking Skills with ability to create & forge alliances
- Blend of Relationship and Task orientation
- High Energy and People Centricity.
- Possible Current Roles
- Direct to Client firms: Training Organizations etc.
- HR Consulting Firms: Client relationship roles at firms like Mercer, Hewitt, DDI etc.
